What does it cost to join Ahoy Employ?
Ahoy Employ is a free service for the recruitment agency until you make a placement. Ahoy employ retains 20% of each placement fee.
How large are the placement fees on Ahoy Employ?
Placement fees vary depending on what the employer is willing to pay, based on a percentage of annual base salary or a flat fee, when a recruiter makes a placement.
Who can see my candidates when I upload them to Ahoy Employ?
Can I post my own jobs?
Yes, you can! Even recruiters can post vacancies.
What are the terms and conditions of using Ahoy Employ?

When do I get paid?
Ahoy Employ pays the placement fee to the successful recruiter after the 30 day money-back employment guarantee has lapsed and without a refund request from the employer. Ahoy Employ will transfer 80% of the placement fee directly into your bank account as provided in your profile when you sign up. In addition, Ahoy Employ guarantees that you are paid because we require the employer to pay the placement fee before the candidate commences.
We have multiple recruiters at our company. Can all of them use this platform?
Our recruiter administration panel enables you to edit and add additional users to your company profile. The first user in a Multiple User Account will become the Account Manager with certain organizational privileges and enables full visibility of the system usage by user. Each user will have their own login details and can manage their vacancies from their own dashboard.
